Rosanna Milligan, PhD

Rosanna Milligan is a postdoctoral researcher at Nova Southeastern University’s Oceanographic Institute. Rosanna earned an MSci (Aquatic Bioscience), MSc (Parasitology) and PhD (Marine Ecology) at the University of Glasgow, UK. Her research background lies in analysing the effects of natural and anthropogenic drivers (including fisheries and oil production) on benthic marine communities, in ecosystems ranging from temperate coastal waters to the deep sea. Within the DEEPEND project, Rosanna will primarily be working for Prof. Tracey Sutton as a data analyst to examine spatial and temporal changes in the pelagic populations and communities of the Gulf of Mexico and identify their possible drivers.
